CLOTHING CONSTRUCTION
To explore texture, color and form within the context of clothing is to construct the reality and space we wish to surround ourselves. Raw emotion and power is what I aspire to give to the individual and to whom they will encounter.
Beyond just being pieces of clothing or fashion, these voluminous and constricting forms are viscerally sculpted by hand. Somber yet vibrant colors of blues, greens and reds are juxtaposed with varying textures offered by metallics, loose wovens, and knits.
Every piece of clothing and hat piece was draped, patterned and constructed soley by me.
